Tim and Devonte first joined forces in business through ventures in real estate and trucking, applying the same discipline and drive that made them successful on the field. Their latest project, coming to Glen-Della in Avondale, Louisiana, is a 36-home development designed to bring modern, affordable housing to a growing community. This project is more than just new homes— it’s about creating stability, generational wealth, and a brighter future for families. With a foundation built on integrity, vision, and hard work, Friendly Developments is committed to transforming neighborhoods and making homeownership a reality for more people.

Devonte Boyd
I’m Devonte E. Boyd, a former professional athlete turned entrepreneur with a passion for growth— both on and off the field. Born and raised in Marrero, Louisiana, football took me to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where I earned my degree in Psychology while excelling as a student-athlete. During my college career, I was named to the UNLV Dean’s Honors List, recognized as a Mountain West Offensive Player of the Year candidate, and earned a spot on the Preseason All-MW First Team. I was also ranked the No. 7 NFL prospect in the Mountain West and third among all active college football players, earning recognition as a Biletnikoff Award candidate.
After my time at UNLV, I continued my football journey as a wide receiver with the Cincinnati Bengals. The discipline, strategy, and determination I developed as an athlete now fuel my success in business. Today, I’ve built ventures in real estate and trucking, applying the same competitive mindset to create long-term financial opportunities and help others do the same.
My journey has been shaped by perseverance, hard work, and a relentless drive to succeed. Whether in sports, business, or life, I believe in maximizing potential and pushing beyond limits.

I’m Timothy J. Hasson, a dedicated entrepreneur, former athlete, and family man. I earned my degree in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where I had the honor of serving as the captain of the football team. Leading my teammates on and off the field reinforced the values of discipline, resilience, and teamwork— principles that now shape my approach to business and mentorship.
My entrepreneurial journey spans real estate, trucking, and credit repair, along with my work as a business and credit counselor and life coach. I’m passionate about helping individuals and businesses achieve financial freedom, sustainable growth, and long-term success.
Beyond business, my greatest achievement is my family. I married my high school sweetheart, and together, we’re raising three amazing daughters. Every day, I strive to set an example of hard work, integrity, and perseverance.

I’m Lanard Fournette, a former athlete turned entrepreneur, born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. I attended St. Augustine High School and went on to earn a degree in Sports Commerce with a minor in Business from Louisiana State University—all while excelling on the football field.
Football instilled in me invaluable qualities such as leadership, adaptability, and perseverance, which I now carry into every aspect of my business journey. After concluding my athletic career, I pursued my passions in both landscaping and real estate, industries where I could combine hard work, vision, and community impact.
At the core of everything I do is a genuine passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. Looking back, I’ve learned that true success isn’t measured by achievements alone, but by the bonds formed and the lives impacted along the way.
Being of service to others is my greatest strength, and I look forward to connecting and creating something meaningful together.
